Anxiety can be defined as a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. The effects of anxiety are far reaching. But what has anxiety actually cured? If anything, it’s caused us to hide in our turtle shell until the moment has passed. And we usually miss the thing we’re supposed to learn on the journey.
