#148: Trusting in Princes, Horses & Chariots
The Psalmist writes that some people trust in chariots and horses; some even trust in princes. Every one of these things fail, eventually. If you’ve put so much energy into this year’s election and you’ve found a place of disappointment or disillusionment, Jeff and Dave would like to open up a conversation and talk about how to find that place of hope and peace again.

Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God. Psalm 20:7
It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes. All nations surrounded me; in the name of the Lord I cut them off! They surrounded me, surrounded me on every side; in the name of the Lord I cut them off! They surrounded me like bees; they went out like a fire among thorns; in the name of the Lord I cut them off! I was pushed hard, so that I was falling, but the Lord helped me. The Lord is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation.” Psalms 118:1-14 ESV
